Applications for Exemption of School Fees The Minister of Education in terms of section 39 (4) of the South African Schools Act, has promulgated the regulations relating to the exemption of parents from payment of school fees 1998, by notice 1293. There may therefore be parents who qualify for full or partial exemption of school fees for 2026. Please note that by applying for exemption from compulsory school fees, the paying parents of this school and NOT the Government will be subsidizing your child. Therefore the decision you make on this issue affects not only your family, but the entire Livingstone High community. Livingstone High fees for 2026 are R11000.00 per child.
